I have disabled the downline page, for a short time, I have found a problem that needs fixing on both LTE and High Roller Hits.
Everything else is working fine you just won't be able to access the banners and splash pages until it's fixed.
This is an inconvenience for all of us, but if you need your promote URL or banner codes and the splash pages links let me know and I'll send them to you.
